Blinking Dot

If the dot is blinking on the Micro series sights, then most likely the battery cap is not sufficiently tightened. Turn the switch to 12 (max bright). Using the stops in the switch at 12 to hold the switch. Take the red plastic Aimpoint tool and tighten the battery cap against the stopped switch. The plastic in the tool will give before the stop does. The cap will stop. You will probably bend the plastic of the red tool. Most customers will tell me they get anywhere from ¼ to ½ more of a rotation of the cap. This should solve the problem. If the problem persists let me know and we will get the RMA process started to get your sight in for service.
